Head Coach

Drew
Reynolds

Coach Drew is a founding father of the Huntington Beach High School Lacrosse team (2003–2004) and a four-year varsity player. During his high school career, he also played for elite local club teams OC Starz and West Coast Starz.

From 2008 to 2010, Coach Drew served as an assistant coach at Aliso Niguel High School under Bob Hill, then took over as Varsity Head Coach for the 2010–2011 season. He led the Wolverines from a 2–12 record to their first-ever playoff appearance, finishing the season with a 12–5 record. During this successful run, he was nominated for Coach of the Year (2010–2011).

In addition to high school coaching, Coach Drew worked with SoCal Lacrosse, coaching youth players from 2nd to 8th grade between 2009 and 2014, under the guidance of Brian Eisenberg.

Coach Drew joined Dana Hills in the 2024 season as part of Coach Lincoln "Joe" Smith’s staff. That year, Dana achieved its first-ever appearance in the CIF Southern Section Tournament, making it to the second round. Coach Drew was named Head Coach for the 2025–2026 season.

Defensive Coach

Everett
Arman

Everett Arman began playing lacrosse in the 4th grade. He played as a long-stick defender for four years at Trabuco Hills High School. After graduating, he committed to Concordia University Irvine, where he played for two seasons.

Following his time at CUI, Everett transitioned into coaching. He led the JV team during the 2023–2024 season and served as the assistant defensive coordinator for the 2024–2025 season. He is now committed to Dana as the Defensive Coordinator for the 2025–2026 season.

Everett is a tremendous asset to the team, bringing fresh defensive strategies and a new style to complement our already strong defense.

Assistant Offensive Coach

Mark
Tzagournis

Mark grew up playing lacrosse in Columbus, Ohio, where he was the co-captain of his high school team at Upper Arlington. In his senior year, he earned First Team All-Midwest honors.

Mark went on to play collegiate lacrosse at The Ohio State University, where he was a three-year starter. In 1988, he was recognized for both his athletic and academic achievements, earning Academic All-Big Ten Conference honors.

From 2020 to 2021, Mark served as an assistant coach for the OC Rebels Lacrosse Club. His extensive playing and coaching background brings a significant boost to both the players and the overall program.
